Presence in nature, shared sleeping in a warm hall, and step-by-step guidance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 \u2014 Three-Day Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The program begins on Friday evening at 6:00 PM with arrival, introductions, grounding, a conversation about intentions, and meditation. During part of the ceremony, we will also reflect on the teachings of the Buddha. In the evening, we will move into deep breathwork and create a safe space for release, expression, and sharing of experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 \u2014 The Main Day<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Saturday is the main day of the inner journey with sacred plant medicine: music, silence, group care and support, followed by cacao, movement and dance, and finally a sharing circle for listening, reflection, and integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u2014 Closing and Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, we will hold a Rap\u00e9 ceremony. Rap\u00e9 is a sacred forest tobacco known for its deeply cleansing quality. After the ceremony, we will have grounding and closing integration, and from Sunday noon onward, everyone is free to return home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the ceremony, each participant will receive one free private integration call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Near Alfeld, surrounded by nature. Alfeld is about 30 minutes by train from Hanover. If you don\u2019t have a car, pickup from Alfeld can be arranged. The exact address will be sent after registration is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sleeping situation and food<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sleeping will be in a shared hall on floor mattresses. Each participant should bring their own sleeping bag. A few separate sleeping spaces are available in limited number and may involve an additional cost. Food is the responsibility of the participants; there will be a kitchen available, and shared meals can be coordinated as a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health and Preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before attending, we will have a short conversation about your physical health, medications, diet, and emotional readiness. After the payment is made, the final health check form and consent form will be sent to you.\n\nThis program is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. Each participant is responsible for following the rules of the venue and for being honest in all health and consent forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
